Since 2021, I’ve had the opportunity of leading the Well-Architected team at my company. Over this time, we’ve successfully completed AWS Well-Architected Framework Reviews, completing partnership milestones and refining our approach. Preparing for a Well-Architected Review

Key Steps

• Identify key workloads and sponsors for each pillar.
• Break the review into manageable phases:
